HOA Monthly Dues:
- Your first HOA Monthly Dues will start in January 2021.
- The Monthly dues are $140.
- You have until the 10th of each month to make the payment “Payment options below”
- Any Payments received after the 10th of the month will incur a $25 late fee.
- Returned Payments “Checks” Will incur a $30 returned check fee and a $25 late fee totaling $55.
- Any missed payment will incur a $25 fee every month and a 12% Interest on the balance until fully paid.
- After 3 missed payments, the HOA may require an advanced deposit if necessary.
- After 3 missed payments the HOA can and will try to collect the funds per CC&R guidelines.
- You have the ability to pay unlimited months of HOA dues in advance if you choose to, it has to be paid via a bank check/Cashier’s check to the address below or handed in-person to an HOA board member.
How to pay you HOA Dues:
- You can register through the website: https://tambarkcorner.com, you will need to register to be able to view and track your monthly dues.
- You can mail a check to 17905 35th Ave SE, Unit C2, Bothell, WA 98012
- You can initiate an ACH/Bank Transfer using the following information:
- Account Name: Tambark Corner HOA LLC
- Account Number: CONTACT HOA MEMBER FOR INFO
- Routing Number: CONTACT HOA MEMBER FOR INFO
- Bank Name: Banner Bank
You Can Start Paying your HOA Dues after 11/30/2020

You will receive communications & Community via the following methods, we strongly recommend utilizing those:

- You will receive email communications coming from HOA@tambarkcorner.com
- You will receive a letter via mail from Tambark HOA Board
- We have a Facebook page that you can register and view information- Please email HOA@tambarkcorner.com or call David 425-336-2000 to be added.
- If you are renting your home, you can provide the Facebook page and website access to your tenant.

Important Reminder for winter:
- Winterize the outside faucets with covers to avoid any freezing that will cause damage.
- Prepare the shovels, ice melts.
- Keep your home temperatures at 62 Degrees if you go on vacation
- Keep debris and items you may trip on away from your walkways and your neighbors.
