{"id":548,"date":"2020-11-14T04:20:26","date_gmt":"2020-11-14T04:20:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tambarkcorner.com\/?page_id=548"},"modified":"2020-11-14T04:21:58","modified_gmt":"2020-11-14T04:21:58","slug":"important-announcements","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tambarkcorner.com\/index.php\/important-announcements\/","title":{"rendered":"IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are incredibly excited to share with you some big news with you:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HOA Monthly Dues:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Your first HOA Monthly Dues will start in January 2021.<\/li><li>The Monthly dues are $140.<\/li><li>You have until the 10th of each month to make the payment \u201cPayment options below\u201d<\/li><li>Any Payments received after the 10th of the month will incur a $25 late fee.<\/li><li>Returned Payments \u201cChecks\u201d Will incur a $30 returned check fee and a $25 late fee totaling $55.<\/li><li>Any missed payment will incur a $25 fee every month and a 12% Interest on the balance until fully paid.<ul><li>After 3 missed payments, the HOA may require an advanced deposit if necessary.<\/li><li>After 3 missed payments the HOA can and will try to collect the funds per CC&amp;R guidelines.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>You have the ability to pay unlimited months of HOA dues in advance if you choose to, it has to be paid via a bank check\/Cashier\u2019s check to the address below or handed in-person to an HOA board member.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to pay you HOA Dues:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You can register through the website: https:\/\/tambarkcorner.com, you will need to register to be able to view and track your monthly dues.<\/li><li>You can mail a check to 17905 35th Ave SE, Unit C2, Bothell, WA 98012<\/li><li>You can initiate an ACH\/Bank Transfer using the following information:<ul><li>Account Name: Tambark Corner HOA LLC<\/li><li>Account Number: CONTACT HOA MEMBER FOR INFO<\/li><li>Routing Number: CONTACT HOA MEMBER FOR INFO<\/li><li>Bank Name: Banner Bank<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You Can Start Paying your HOA Dues after 11\/30\/2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Communications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will receive communications &amp;
