Tambark Corner is a private community comprised of 18 townhomes in the Tambark creek area in Bothell, WA.

Tambark Corner was established in 2019 and its greatest asset is its residents, who make the community a wonderful place to live, work, and play. The community is self-managed by the board members comprised of residents and elected by the homeowners. 

Tambark Corner is situated in the heart of a dynamic neighborhood – located right between downtown Mill Creek and downtown Bothell. Take in the best of both cities as you explore their amazing amenities! Up and coming Mill Creek has something for everyone – grab a coffee and spend an afternoon discovering everything the Mill Creek Town Center has to offer including groceries, restaurants, and shopping just 3 miles away, attend one of the many free events put on by the city, and support local businesses by visiting the summertime Farmer’s Market. One of Mill Creek’s best-hidden treasures is secluded North Creek Park with a scenic boardwalk through wetlands, a huge play structure, and a grilling area, located just 1 mile from home. Less than half a mile away you’ll find Tambark Creek Park with a play structure, nature walk, and a huge turf sports field “Tambark Creek Park”. Newly revitalized downtown Bothell is a vibrant and diverse community just 6 miles from Tambark Corner. Not only is downtown Bothell just a short distance from neighboring Woodinville wine country, but it is also full of exciting opportunities: find your new favorite restaurant like the brand new McMenamins Anderson School, go for a stroll in one of many parks, take a scenic bike ride on the Burke Gilman trail, or stumble upon treasures unknown in charming Country Village.
